16426 (2026). Tamatha Paul to the Associate Minister of Housing: How many new staff, if any, have been employed to reduce the delay in bond refunds?

Hon Tama Potaka: Tenancy Bond Service team resourcing has adjusted over time. Staffing in Tenancy Bond Services is made up of permanent and fixed term staff. Most recently, an additional 15 staff were seconded to Tenancy Bond Services in November 2025 to support processing of bond transactions during the peak and holiday period.
