16421 (2025). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: Why was the job advertisement for the Chief Delivery Officer roles not accompanied by the usual preamble about Health New Zealand’s commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi?

Hon Simeon Brown: The Chief Delivery Officer will be responsible for implementing the Government’s priority of ensuring all New Zealanders have access to timely, quality healthcare at the regional level. As the Member will be aware, the position description provides a commitment through a key performance indicator.
