16418 (2026). Teanau Tuiono to the Minister for the Environment: Why has the Minister or their office not provided any advice, briefings, reports, or any other document, to inform the development of the Fisheries Amendment Bill as stated in response to WQ12618 (2026)?

Hon Nicola Grigg: While the Office of the Minister for the Environment has not provided advice, briefings or reports on the Fisheries Amendment Bill, I am advised that Ministry for the Environment officials have engaged with officials at the Ministry for Primary Industries during the development of the Bill.
