Hon Scott Simpson: I am advised that suppliers are required to meet the Integrated Care Pathways Musculoskeletal Contract and Operational Guidelines, available publicly on the ACC website: https://www.acc.co.nz/assets/provider/icpmsk-operational-guidelines.pdf. This includes the application of Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMS), clinical functional measures, and Patient Reported Experience Measures (PREMS). Supplier-specific clinical protocols are managed and administered by the suppliers within clinical governance structures, under the oversite of the assigned clinical director.
