16390 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Conservation: What consultations did the Minister’s departments, if any, open on the week beginning 31 March 2025 with employees around any changes to employment roles, employment numbers and any other employment conditions, and how many roles were affected?

Hon Tama Potaka: The Department of Conservation advises me that one new consultation with staff was opened for the week beginning 31 March 2025 relating to a leadership re-alignment in the Organisation Support Business Group. Seven vacant or soon to be vacant positions are proposed to be disestablished, 10 occupied positions are proposed to have a change of reporting line.
