16376 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Tertiary Education: Which Tertiary Education Organisations (TEOs) are now approved to deliver above 105% of their 2026 allocation as unfunded delivery?

Hon Penny Simmonds: I have been advised by the Tertiary Education Commission that 29 Tertiary Education Organisations have requested, and been approved to deliver above 105% of their approved allocation for 2026 as at 31 March 2026.
