Hon Scott Simpson: I am advised that the First Specialist Assessment is a term that relates to the Clinical Services contract, which is separate from the Integrated Care Pathways Musculoskeletal (ICPMSK) programme. The ICPMSK Service Schedule and Operational Guidelines outline the roles and responsibilities of the supplier’s interdisciplinary team, which includes physiotherapists.
