16353 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: What were the reasons, if any, that applications for Civil Defence Payments were declined, if any, following the severe weather events of late January 2026?

Hon Louise Upston: I refer the member to the attached table, which provides the number of civil defence payment declines from 1 January 2026 to 31 March 2026 by month, MSD region and decline reason. This is also my response to WPQ 16358
