16317 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Regulation: What involvement, if any, has the Ministry for Regulation had with current health and safety system reforms?

Hon David Seymour: Officials advise one Ministry for Regulation staff member was on the quality assurance panel for the regulatory impact analysis relating to the current health and safety reform proposals. One further staff member provided advice on the draft Cabinet paper as part of normal agency consultation processes.
