16297 (2025). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: Further to his response to WPQ 11494 and other responses that refer to that response, has the data that he has refused to provide ever been collected by Health New Zealand, and if so, for what time periods was that data collected?

Hon Simeon Brown: The Member’s question is based on an incorrect premise. As stated in my response to Written Parliamentary Question 11494 (2025), the information requested does not centrally exist and would require Health New Zealand to undertake a substantial manual collation exercise to produce it. It is not a case of refusing to provide data, but rather that the data in the form requested is not readily available.
