Hon Mark Mitchell: I refer the member to the attached table which provides the operating capacity, maximum capacity, and actual population, as at 28 February 2026, for each prison facility. I am advised that Corrections does not record prison capacity by remand accused, remand convicted and sentenced status, as a prisoner’s status has no relation to the number of beds available at each site.
