16289 (2026). Dr Tracey McLellan to the Minister of Corrections: What advice, reports, papers or any other communications, if any, has he received from Corrections about their capacity to deliver current rehabilitation programmes, during the month of February 2026?

Hon Mark Mitchell: In February 2026, I received a copy of Corrections’ 2026 Long-Term Insights Briefing which included broad information around Corrections’ capacity to deliver rehabilitation programmes.
