Debbie Ngarewa-Packer to the Minister of Internal Affairs: Will the government consider legislative reforms to prevent public funds from being directed to organisations linked to extremist ideologies or actions that pose a risk to public safety, such as those who disrupted the pride festival?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am not considering legislative change in this area. The Government provides funding to organisations through may different funds and contracts, each with different criteria.
