16140 (2025). Rawiri Waititi to the Minister of Police: How many times, if any, have Police used stop and search powers without arrest across each Police district in the past 12 months, broken down by ethnicity?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I refer the Member to the attached table, which shows the number of individuals who were targets of warrantless arrests between 1 March 2024 and 28 February 2025 by Police District, ethnicity and by whether they were proceeded against for a criminal offence or not.
