Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Associate Minister of Education: Was the Associate Minister aware of Libelle Group's "high-level supply challenges", such as "that Libelle was having some challenges with timely delivery and scaling up to the level of production required by their contract", and if so, when was the Associate Minister made aware that Libelle Group was experiencing these challenges?

Hon David Seymour: I was made aware of some "high-level supply challenges" experienced by Libelle in mid-February, when third party meals were required on the menu to meet manufacturing shortfall of meals over the week.
