16121 (2025). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Associate Minister of Education: Was the Ministry of Education aware of Libelle Group's "high-level supply challenges", such as "that Libelle was having some challenges with timely delivery and scaling up to the level of production required by their contract", and if so, when was the Ministry made aware that Libelle Group was experiencing these challenges?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised that the Ministry of Education (the Ministry) was made aware of some ""high-level supply challenges"" experienced by Libelle in February 2025, when additional items were required to meet manufacturing shortfalls of meals over the week. On 14 February 2025, the Ministry was made aware that pies would be provided for school lunches across the country.
