16061 (2025). Debbie Ngarewa-Packer to the Minister of Finance: Has the Minister received any advice from Treasury on the fiscal implications of the Fast-Track Approvals Act 2024; if so, what did the advice say; if not, why not?

Hon Nicola Willis: The Treasury provided content for inclusion in the Joint MBIE and MFE briefing: Fast-Track Approvals Options for Ministers [MFE: BRF-439 and MBIE: 2324-3994], which was released as part of the wider Fast Track Proactive Release. They also provided advice which was released under Treasury OIA requests 20240749 and 20250052. I refer the Member to the Treasury website for the content of this advice.
