16051 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Police: What was the total number of staff employed by Police, broken down by uniformed and non-uniformed staff as at 1 December 2023 and 1 March 2025?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I refer the Member to the attached table, which shows the number of active constabulary and other police employees (OPE) as at 1 December 2023 and 1 March 2025. These numbers do not include casuals, contractors, or staff on leave without pay/parental leave. Until graduation, recruits are included in the numbers for ‘Other Police Employees’.
