16022 (2025). Dr Tracey McLellan to the Minister of Corrections: What advice, reports, papers or any other communications, if any, has he received from Corrections about their capacity to deliver current rehabilitation programmes?

Hon Mark Mitchell: Corrections provides me with a range of advice via briefings, aides memoire, my weekly report and through regular meetings with officials. Much of that advice relates to, or references in some way the delivery of rehabilitation programmes. Reviewing all communications my office has received to determine those which may be relevant to the member’s question would require substantial time and analysis, which I am not prepared to ask of Corrections officials.
