15901 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Associate Minister of Education: How many lunches that were meant to serve specific dietary or religious needs errantly included inappropriate ingredients, such as ham in a vegetarian meal, during the week of March 24th 2025?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised that the Ministry of Education is aware of five schools reporting a concern with mislabelling of a special diet meal or the vegetarian meal was not delivered, in the week of 24 March 2025. Corrective action has been taken by the supplier.
