Hon Simon Watts: This advice was included in a 11 March 2025, report titled IR2025/080 - GST treatment of management fees charged to managed funds – next steps. Advice on the draft interpretation statement was also provided in a 12 July 2024 report titled IR2024/279 - GST and managed funds, 12 July 2024.
