15865 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Associate Minister of Education: Was the Minister informed that Ministry of Education officials were well aware of Libelle’s performance issues before the contract was awarded to the School Lunch Collective; and if so, did the Minister raise any concern with officials about that provider being awarded the contract?

Hon David Seymour: I was not aware of any details relating to performance issues that arose as part of the due diligence process undertaken by the Ministry of Education during procurement.
