15797 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Children: How many litres of LPG, if any, did the Minister’s department’s, agencies, crown entities or any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, consume to power or heat buildings in 2024?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised by Oranga Tamariki that 4929.21 litres of Liquified Petroleum Gas was consumed to power or heat buildings in 2024. Note the conversion rate is calculated from the New Zealand Energy Information Handbook. It in an inexact conversion rate.
