Hon James Meager: MNZ: Maritime NZ does not own any buildings and leases all of its office tenancies. It does not use diesel to power or heat any of its buildings. TAIC: TAIC does not own any buildings. TAIC rents a floor in an office building and a warehouse premise for wreckage storage. The energy consumption relating to leasing of these buildings, that is paid directly by TAIC as a tenant, is 100% electric. CAA: Nil
