15645 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Health: How many litres of diesel, if any, did the Minister’s department’s, agencies, crown entities or any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, consume to power or heat buildings in 2025?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that for the financial years 2021/22, 2022/23/, 2023/24, 2024/25 and 2025/26 as at 20 April 2026, no LPG or diesel has been used to power or heat Ministry of Health buildings during normal operation. I am further advised that Health New Zealand was supplied with 302,991 litres of diesel for stationary use for the first six months of the 2025 calendar year. This is the most recent data available.
