15632 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Economic Growth: How many litres of diesel, if any, did the Minister’s department’s, agencies, crown entities or any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, consume to power or heat buildings in 2025?

Hon Nicola Willis: I am advised that with regard to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE), the total amount of diesel consumed to power or heat buildings in the 2024/25 financial year was 5,601 litres. This was due to emergency use of a diesel generator at one MBIE site. With regard to New Zealand Growth Capital Partners, I am advised there are none.
