Hon James Meager: MNZ: Maritime NZ does not own any buildings and leases its office tenancies. All sites are supplied with electricity from the national grid. Maritime NZ’s National Office in Wellington has a combination of electricity and gas. However, it is one of a number of tenants in the building. TAIC rents a floor in an office building and a warehouse premise for wreckage storage. The energy consumption relating to leasing of these buildings, that is paid directly by TAIC as a tenant, is 100% electric. CAA: 100% electricity
