15313 (2025). Tamatha Paul to the Minister of Housing: How many tenancies, if any, were terminated by Kāinga Ora in each quarter since January 2023 for disruptive behaviour?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that tenancies that were terminated for intentional property damage or assault are categorised as disruptive behaviour. Tenancy terminations for disruptive behaviour, by quarter, were as follows: one in March 2024, one in June 2024, 13 in September 2024, and 20 in December 2024. There were no tenancy terminations for disruptive behaviour in 2023. This is also my answer to WPQs 15310 and 15311 (2025).
