15309 (2025). Tamatha Paul to the Minister of Housing: How many tenancies, if any, were terminated by Kāinga Ora in each quarter since January 2023 for reasons other than disruptive behaviour, physical assault, family violence and intentional property damange, broken down by reason?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that tenancies end for a variety of reasons, including where the tenant has moved on without formally ending the tenancy, such as abandonment and non-occupancy, or rent debt. I refer the Member to the attachment provided by Kāinga Ora.
