15295 (2025). Tamatha Paul to the Minister of Housing: How many, if any, new dwellings has Kāinga Ora contracted to deliver since May 2024?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that as at 28 February 2025 it has delivered 3,954 social and supported homes since 1 May 2024. A further 2,337 are contracted for delivery by June 2026. Of these, 2,151 are currently under construction.
