15284 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister for Children: Further to 81772 (2024), what is the total number of Relapse Prevention Plan processes that have been activated throughout the community phase of the Oranga Tamariki military-style academy pilot?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised by Oranga Tamariki that the term 'Relapse Prevention Plan' is not used to refer to any of the interventions in the Military Style Academy pilot. I am further advised that participants in the community phase of the pilot have an individual plan and access to a range of support services.
