15238 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Associate Minister of Education: Prior to October 2024, was the Minister aware that 163 complaints and incidents had been recorded against Libelle – including relating to “foreign objects and pests” being found in lunches as a part of the Ka Ora Ka Ako programme; and if so, did he raise any concerns with officials about Libelle being involved in the Alternative Provision Model?
