15235 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Associate Minister of Education: On what date, if any, was the Minister informed that Compass Group, Libelle Group and Gilmours were selected through the Ka Ora Ka Ako Alternative Provision Model procurement process?

Hon David Seymour: I was informed on 18 October 2024 that Compass Group NZ had signed the Services Agreement with the Ministry of Education. Compass Group NZ sub-contracted Libelle and Gilmours as members of the School Lunch Collective and was responsible for the management of their sub-contracted parties.
