15234 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Associate Minister of Education: Did the Minister inform Cabinet that Compass Group, Libelle Group and Gilmours were selected through the Ka Ora Ka Ako Alternative Provision Model procurement process; if so, on what date?

Hon David Seymour: No, the procurement process and the Services Agreement is between the Ministry of Education and Compass Group NZ as the lead supplier for the School Lunch Collective.
