15217 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Associate Minister of Education: Did the preliminary financial due diligence on Libelle identify whether the Libelle director had previously been a director of a company that had gone into liquidation previously; and if so, was any advice provided on this?

Hon David Seymour: The preliminary financial due diligence did not identify any red flags or identify previous insolvency details of Libelle. I refer the Member to my response to written parliamentary question 15214 (2025) for further information.
