15216 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Associate Minister of Education: Was any financial due diligence on Libelle undertaken subsequent to the preliminary financial due diligence, and if so, on what date did this take place?

Hon David Seymour: Compass Group NZ sub-contracted Libelle as a member of the School Lunch Collective and was responsible for the management of their sub-contracted parties. As part of preliminary financial due diligence undertaken in September 2024, a credit check was made on Libelle and other short-listed suppliers, which did not raise any red flags. This is also my response to written parliamentary question 15237 (2025).
