15215 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Associate Minister of Education: Was the Minister provided advice from officials on the financial due diligence on Libelle subsequent to the preliminary financial due diligence; and if so, did this raise any concerns about Libelle’s position?

Hon David Seymour: I was aware that the Ministry of Education underwent robust negotiations. During this time, they strengthened the process by in-depth discussions as part of the procurement process. Preliminary financial due diligence checks were undertaken in September 2024 with selected shortlisted suppliers.
