15209 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Prime Minister: Is it his expectation that Associate Ministers inform their principal Minister of significant issues or risks in their portfolio; if so, did David Seymour meet that expectation in his handling of the liquidation of Libelle Group?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: As Prime Minister, I expect all Associate Ministers to fulfil their assigned responsibilities in accordance with the Cabinet Manual guidance and their delegation letter.
