15206 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Minister of Education: As the Minister, is it her expectation that any Associate Ministers in her portfolio advise her of significant issues or risks in their portfolio; if so, did David Seymour meet that expectation in his handling of the liquidation of Libelle Group?

Hon Erica Stanford: The Associate Minister advised me on two occasions that Libelle was having challenges with supply. This was the most important matter as it was impacting on the timely delivery of lunches to children. I note that since Libelle was placed into liquidation that lunches have continued to be delivered.
