15203 (2025). Teanau Tuiono to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: Further to WPQ 11602 (2025) what is the Minister's definition of a low-income household?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised that the Minimum Wage Review 2024 (the Review), prepared by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment and published on the Ministry's website, provides information on the number of people in each decile of the household income distribution who were earning the minimum wage as at June 2024. For more information, please refer to Figure 10 in the Review (page 25).
