Francisco Hernandez to the Prime Minister: Does the Prime Minister consider that Minister Winston Peters breached 3.9 and 3.15 of the Cabinet Manual given that he explicitly stated that he 'directed MFAT to review their advertised roles' on his social media account, and if not, why not?
