15149 (2025). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Associate Minister of Education: How many educators, if any, working for licensed home-based agencies currently have a basic level 4 teaching qualification, or higher?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised by the Ministry of Education that in the 2024 Early Childhood Education census, 2376 home-based educators had a level 4 teaching qualification or higher.
