15116 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Associate Minister of Education: How often, if at all, does the Ministry of Education pay the School Lunch Collective, and how many penalties or deductions, if any, have been applied due to late or undelivered lunches?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised by the Ministry of Education that the School Lunch Collective are paid upon invoices received. The Ministry reviews all invoices against daily delivery information received and will only pay for meals delivered.
