15096 (2025). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What contractual provisions, if any, exist to ensure that palliative care services account for cultural diversity?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that contracts for palliative care services are managed regionally and are not nationally consistent. However, ensuring that all New Zealanders have timely access to these services, regardless of their cultural background, remains important.
