15078 (2025). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Associate Minister of Finance: Of the people that have exited the Natural Hazards Commission administered on-sold programme since 4 November 2024; how many did not receive a settlement?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised that between 4 November 2024 and 24 March 2025, 79 people have exited the NHC administered On-sold programme. Of those, 14 people did not receive a settlement through the On-sold programme. Homeowners leave the On-sold programme for a range of reasons including voluntarily withdrawing from the programme, a settlement being made under cap and repairs being completed.
