15077 (2025). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Associate Minister of Finance: How many proceedings by claimants, if any, have been lodged against the Natural Hazards Commission since 4 November 2024?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised that since 4 November 2024, nine proceedings have been lodged against NHC. All of the proceedings relate to Canterbury claims.
