15076 (2025). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Associate Minister of Finance: How many court proceedings, if any, is the Natural Hazards Commission currently a party to; how many of those are as a defendant?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised that, as of 27 March 2025, NHC is a party to 37 court proceedings. NHC is a defendant in all of these proceedings.
