15033 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Defence: How many litres of petrol, if any, did vehicle fleets in the Minister’s department’s, agencies, crown entities or any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, consume in 2024?

Hon Chris Penk: From 2020 to the first quarter of 2026, the NZDF consumed approximately 1,500,000 litres of petrol at an average of 252,000 litres annually.
