Rt Hon Chris Hipkins to the Prime Minister: Further to his answer to written question 10087 (2025): does paragraph 21 of the National Party / New Zealand First Party Coalition Agreement require him to inform the Leader of the New Zealand First Party of a resignation of a Minister prior to it's announcement?
