14709 (2025). Rt Hon Chris Hipkins to the Prime Minister: Further to his answer to written question 10122 (2025): Was Cabinet Office advised of the incident in order for the Cabinet Office to determine if a breach of the Cabinet Manual had occurred, if so, what was their finding?
